Our consultants are available for on-site, phone, and remote support at their standard hourly rate of $220-$280 per hour. In order to provide you with support, please click here to register for our services. You may return the completed, signed forms to us by fax (978-470-0779).
We will partner you with a consultant based on the type of service required and availability.
Our consultants offer phone support at our standard rates billed in 15-minute increments. We require a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express on file for phone support.
Our consultants are available for on-site consulting visits at our standard rates. Round-trip travel time is billable at half the standard rate, and other out-of-pocket expenses such as round-trip mileage, parking, etc., are also chargeable. We require payment at the time of the visit. 10-day terms are allowed for subsequent visits.
For an additional fee, our consultants can provide secure and efficient live remote assistance, saving you the cost of our travel time and mileage for an on-site visit. Each remote session must be approved by the client for the consultant to share control of the client’s computer. The non-refundable remote fee is $50 per session or $300 per year for unlimited sessions. It is payable in advance by check or credit card and covers the expense for the remote connection only–you will be billed separately for the actual support time at our standard rates.
